Just want to express my extreme frustration with Lex Courier and their repeated failure to deliver my orders. This is not the first time an order placed through Lazada via Lex has been marked as failed delivery. Whether it's a paid order or COD parcel, the result is always the same non-delivery.
In contrast, I've had positive experiences with other couriers like Shopee and J&T, where, even if I'm unavailable, they make every effort to deliver. But Lex Courier? They don't even try.
On multiple occasions, delivery staff such as Tyrone Manansala Ponio and Jerick Aguilar David have falsely claimed to attempt delivery by sending a photo of my apartment. However, no calls or texts were made, and there was no real effort to deliver the package. This kind of lazy, deceptive behavior is unacceptable.
Now, I'm being told that an accident occurred, but there's no proof—no police report or documentation to verify this claim. Until that happens, it's clear to me that Lex Courier is simply making excuses to cover up their incompetence and lack of professionalism.
I strongly urge Lazada to reconsider its partnership with Lex Courier, as they are providing an unreliable and dishonest service. I will never use Lex for any future orders, and I'll be warning others about the unprofessionalism I've experienced.
This is beyond frustrating, and I expect a resolution.

Lazy couriers don't bother to deliver packages or steal them. Most of the time, they claim a failed attempt to deliver, but they have never been at the delivery address at all and take false photos of the package.

This is so depressing. I ordered a phone because mine suddenly stopped working and guess what, it's been stuck "In Transit" and they keep moving the delivery date and still miss it.
No reason why! And Lazada doesn't give you a chance to speak to a real agent.
Just their useless chatbot. This is my first ever terrible experience with Lazada and they don't value loyal customers.

To Lazada, let your sellers choose the shipping option so they can avoid LEX PH!
The service is very slow, the parcel has a lot of stops, from sorting centers to delivery hubs but takes days to reach the customer!
More than a week of delivery is more than sufficient for a local transaction, but you still failed to deliver it on time! You have no idea how inconvenient it is.
Tiktok shop and Shopee has way faster delivery than you. The only time you deliver fast is when you choose JnT, but LEx PH? Outrageous.
In fact, I have an order that was supposed to arrive Sep 17, but it's now Sep 20 as of this writing, and the status is still "on the way", like to where?
Offering a voucher for the delay is not useful, because I will now refuse ordering here. Why should I, if Tiktok shop and Shopee has better delivery service?

I've placed five orders with lazada 2 were fraud 2 were failed delivery due to my changes when I did nothing so you've completed one out of five that's a 20% success rate that makes you a horrible company
Slow logistic
Lazada express ph is the most slowest courier i have encountered, takes a day or two in every stop, sortation center, or even at delivery hub.

The CCTV I ordered never arrived! All I got was black bubble wrap bunched up into a ball and secured with packaging tape!
The thief cut out the delivery label and stuck it unto a small lazada bag where the ball of bubble wrap was also placed into. I've been repeatedly filing for a refund because either an automated system or stupid Lazada agents keep closing my case on the app. There is even evidence provided by the seller that the item was packaged properly in the black bubble wrap that I ended up getting.
I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK! 2000 pesos is a drop in the water for a big company like Lazada yet they refuse to own up to the failure of their logistics arm!

I opted for pick to return a parcel last weekp but no one showed up. I tried calling and texting the numbers of the courier to no avail.
Today the request got cancelled and so I contact customer care chat. And suggested to drop it off nlng. Ang kaso mejo malayo ung location.

Late delivery
My order has been stuck at Tondo I/Ii since June 12,2025 and until now there is no progress and update in the order status for almost 5 days. I placed the order on June 10 and until now I didn't receive my order because it's stuck at Tondo I/Ii. My order is not from overseas but it takes too long to deliver.
