I was expecting two paid items to be delivered as per the status info, and at the end of the day no one came or called. The status was changed to 'delivery rescheduled' by us, but we did not ask for it to be rescheduled. The rider's name is Regidor Nueva Madula (0945207****) and this number is unreachable.

My packages were already in local delivery hub Silang,Cavite but they still flagged it as "in transit" so they wont deliver. According to customer agent, LEX PH can't deliver it because it will have holidays on Decrmber 31, 2024 and January 1, 2025. Still, They can and should deliver it by date December 28,29, and 30 before holidays but still they chose not to deliver it.

I was waiting the whole day for the parcel to arrive, and then it indicated that the delivery attempt failed due to the customer asking for redelivery, even though I didn't even ask the rider to do so. If he couldn't deliver it on time or if he had a reason, he should have told me. I couldn't even contact his number.

To the irresponsible and unaccountable delivery rider, Wendell Sabado Carvajal. At first, he delivered a parcel with *** in it.
Then he always submits a 'black dot with a white background' as proof of delivery. Can you believe that? Just today, he delivered a parcel for my sibling who was not at home at the time, so I asked the rider how much it was since I wasn't able to confirm the price with my sibling. The rider said 201 PHP, so I gave him that.
But, after my sibling got home and checked, it was only 102 PHP. We tried contacting the rider, but to no avail.
Though he replied, he still hasn't returned. Truly disappointing!
Preferred solution: Refund of the excess money. Reprimand the rider.

I've been using Lazada as my go-to online shop for gadgets since 2018, but I noticed that after they switched to Lex PH, the delivery time really slowed down. It would at least take a maximum of 10 days, and suddenly it would change to an estimated 14-16 days out of nowhere, with no compensation.
Time management is hard with this. It's better to use Shopee.

This particular LEX Rider went to my house to get a signature for a letter because I complained about a damaged parcel. They said they would lose their jobs if I didn't help them.
I refused because I didn't have control over Lazada's decision about the dispute concerning my damaged parcel. The Candelaria Quezon Lazada delivery hub even provided confidential information about a complaint that should be between Lazada and the courier only. But this hub gave my residential address and this woman told me to sign a particular document to help them. This is clearly a form of harassment.
When I refused to sign, she told me that we would just do an audio recording. Again, I refused and she said a lot of nasty things as if it were my fault that I had filed for a return/refund of my item.
Preferred solution: Check their delivery hub dahil di safe mga informations ng customers.

Courier of LEX PH lied that Customer refused to accept order.

courier: Arnel Bacerdo Erandio, failed to feliver and reasoned that Customer refused to accept the package.
There was no attempt at all to deliver. There was no communication with customer via phone or text message of such attempt.
Please investigate such lies.

This delivery rider in Metro Manila has failed to deliver the parcel properly. I can't contact him, even by call and text, because his number was incorrect.
He even sent a picture of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, but he went to the wrong house, not ours.
For you riders, if you don't feel like delivering or you are too lazy to deliver, just don't apply for this kind of job! There are so many customers like us who are expecting and waiting for our parcels for so long, only to get them cancelled because of you.

Item delivered a day late. After follow ups.Item delivered defective.Batter is not charging and indicated requires to be serviced.And note that the laptop is no longer covered by warranty.So it seems that the laptop was refurbished!
When I placed the order early yesterday the delivery indicates guaranteed 24hour priority delivery. As of this time, past the 24 hour, the item is nowhere to be found or tracked and the delivery date has been changed to the 21st ( former 18th of July).
I made the purchase online for convenience, with the guarantee of priority delivery. I needed it today and cannot wait a day later. Now the order does not give the option to cancel.
If you cannot commit to your 24hr delivery, then the cancel of order option should be made available to us clients. This is false and misleading and illegal.
You bait customers to purchase with the promise of express delivery and no option should you fail to deliver to your promise.
I spent an hour chatting with support who's unable to help, track my order and even contact your courier. She did provide suggestions that cannot help like wait for the item to be delivered and reject it. Your delivery people do not call!
They just drop off my orders with the guard. So if I purchase now I can end up having 2 laptops as theres no guarantee youd take back the one I ordered.
A 40 peso voucher is an insult for this kind of inconvenience.

My order was tagged as delivery failed due to customer refused to receive. How will i refuse to the order I am waiting for since last month?
The delivery rider texted me asking is there is someone who will receive on the given address at 4:23pm and I replied "yes" at 4:30pm but received no response to that, so I assume that it was delivered successfully but to my surprise, the delivery was failed at around 4:11pm. This courier rider should be investigated to what really happened because upon checking in the given address, no delivery attempt happened. The rider just tagged it to whatever he wants as the status.
The proof of delivery is very unclear. Lazada, do something on this case!!!

It's been 5 days (July 24) since the last update that my order arrived at the sortation center in San Pedro, but up until now, there's been no progress at all. I haven't received any update regarding the status.
Hasn't it departed the sortation center yet? Why is that so? I badly need the item as soon as possible for my flight (July 31).
The estimated time for the item's arrival was supposed to be tomorrow (July 30), but I'm worried that I'm waiting for nothing because there's no progress or update at all. How can I contact the sortation center in San Pedro?
